Every quoted line in the portal is verified against the transcript it came from. If a quote does not match the source text, it is dropped rather than smoothed into a confident-sounding summary.

One striking call is a story. The portal shows where a behaviour repeats across the supplied conversations, and marks where the sample is too small to generalise.
