Meridian is a synthetic dataset. Meridian Software was created to demonstrate the structure, the level of detail and the evidence trail of the Closing Arena diagnostic. It is a synthetic sample, not a customer case study, and should not be read as proof of commercial outcomes.
How a finding is built: the transcript is read for defined, observable moments; the same standard is applied across the full set of calls; repeating patterns are measured and checked; each finding is linked to the words that support it; the portal states what the evidence can and cannot support.
